The Village of Croton on Hudson Board of Trustees is considering Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) for our Village. CCA would enable us to buy electricity in bulk and choose renewable sources to reduce our community’s carbon footprint. 20 Westchester County municipalities are currently participating in CCA, which has saved residents and small businesses money on their electric bills while cutting power plant emissions that contribute to climate change.
There are 2 public information meetings scheduled to further discuss CCA:
January 25, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at the Croton Free Library
February 6, 2018 at 7 p.m. at the Croton Free Library
See below for links to 2 public presentations held at Village Board meetings as well as a printed flier recently mailed to all residents.
